When an opportunity that meets your goals becomes available, you will be amongst the first to receive detailed information in the Offering Memorandum (OM). You’ll learn more about the asset, strategy, hold-period, partnership structure and projected returns.
After reviewing the Offering Memorandum, you will have the opportunity to invest alongside ODAN Capital in the acquisition of the asset. This operates on a first come, first served basis.
Together with your monthly distribution, you will receive a deal level report on the performance of the asset.
